Empathetic and direct therapy for adults 25+ ready to grow. Specializing in women's mental health.

With over 30 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and crisis settings, I specialize in helping women facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, trauma, and life transitions. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC), my approach is open-minded and strength-based—rooted in accountability without judgment.
In our first session, you can expect questions that help me understand your story and set clear goals for change. I believe you always have an opportunity to get it right—and I'm here to help you do just that.

Maybe you’ve been feeling more anxious, sad, or overwhelmed than usual, or noticing that relationships and everyday situations feel harder to navigate. I work with adults 25 and older who are moving through these kinds of experiences, whether they’re related to anxiety, depression, past experiences, grief, or major life changes.
My intention is to offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying, at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
